We were advised by Rachael who was only 5 days into her job. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and in no way pushy. We had put off shopping for a bed and mattress as were overwhelmed by choice but she helped simplify it and we ended up buying a mattress, bed & pillows. Plus we bought all of this for Les than we thought we may pay for a mattress alone.
