Our assistant was Yasmine. She offered us initial advice and then kept at a safe distance whilst my wife and I tried different beds. She did not pester us but came to advise when requested. She seemed knowledgeable about the products. My wife is waiting for an operation for a slipped disc and was anxious to get a new mattress asap. Your delivery time of less than a week was sufficient to clinch the deal against Bensons who had a 3 to 4 week lead time.

We returned to Dreams after purchasing our last mattress 12 years ago and wanted something similar. The assistant was very knowledgeable and I believe helped us make the right decision.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. Both yasmin and Lance were very helpful to me. Yasmin spent a lot of time with me on my first visit, discussing the various options of mattresses, as it has been a long time since I bought a matttress so I was looking for advice as now is there much more choice. On my second visit Lance helped me discussing the various differences in the mattresses and re-assuring me regarding my mattress choice and showing me different options. and also what the differences are between the mattress types.

Shop manager served us and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and guided us without bringing pressure to make a purchase. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I liked the fact that everything was colour coded, it made it easy to try the various mattresses within the category I felt best suited my needs.
