Dreams - Walton on Thames

Our purchase value was £3k, so we wanted to make sure the product was right for us. It was so nice to have a sales adviser who was both knowledgeable and courteous. Before recommending any product he fully assessed our needs and then diligently explained the various beds suitable for our requirements. There was no hard sell, we were left to make our own decision. The sales person is a credit to your company and if at all possible should be commended for his efforts.

The sales person, Charles, really took time with us to help us decide which mattress we required. His product knowledge seemed excellent and he was very approachable and not at all pushy. Hope the delivered product lives up to expectations.

The lady who served us in the Walton-On-Thames store was really helpful and made us very at ease. We had come into the store with our kids, who of course want to try out all the beds. The shop assistant Yasmin was really knowledgeable of the products and new what to recommend to us as she was asking of our wants and needs. Very patient and not pushy with sales which can often be a big turn off for a customer. As a result of the assistants non pushy sales technique we were happy to spend more money in the store so we ended up buying 2 extra mattresses for the kids along with protective covers and extra pillows. We have never spent this much money on a mattress before. It felt a bit like we were signing up to buy a house as we ended up spending a lot more than what we had planned. However, we are very happy with our purchase and feel we got value for our money.

We arrived at the store shortly before closing time but the Sales Assistant, Charlie, did not rush us at all and was very thorough in his explanations of all the options available to us. He stayed behind after hours in order for us to place our order as it was important that we made the first available delivery date. We had already visited 5 bed stores earlier that day and none of them had come close to matching the service, range of options or delivery times that we encountered with Dreams. I am very hopeful that the rest of the process i.e. delivery and satisfaction with the product remains as positive.

Went it to buy a mattress to be told you could only get free delivery if purchased online. With a toddler and a baby finding time to go online is difficult but the lady kindly sorted it all for us and we were able to order the mattress we wanted there and then

I had an idea of what I wanted and needed but your assistant helped with making my decision, but for me there was no pressure to buy, just to get the right bed for me. Was helpful and knowledgeable of all the products.

Lance, the sales assistant was very polite, patient and knowledgable about your products. He didn't try and sell us a mattress we didn't want. He encouraged us to try all the options and explained to us the 40 night return facility.

Lance the store manager at Walton on Thames was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Would go back to this store for this reason.
