The member of staff who dealt with us (The Manager) was very polite and very helpful

Initially we were welcomed with a 'good morning' and left alone to look around. When we asked for help the assistant was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy.

Staff were able to give advice and went out of their way to ensure we were completely satisfied. Very friendly and efficient.

The assistance from the staff at Walton on Thames shop was very good. No hard sell which is a big turn off for me. Very happy service & knowledge of staff

We went in on two occasions, and the sales assistant listened to the problems we here having with our current mattress, explain them, and make intelligent recommendations based on our budget, gave us space and time to try out a few options and entertain our 2 year old, help us finalise a couple to think about and was not pushy. The second time we went in to make the order the same sales assistant was kind enough to delay taking her lunch, offer us tea, and talk us through all our options and again make sure our child was distracted enough for us to pay. She also took the time to explain the guarantee, 40 night trial period, delivery and explained other offers in store.

My initial visit to Dreams, Walton in Thames was brief due to my own time restriction. I just wanted a quick browse to decide if it was worth coming back to shop further. I was approached and assisted by Charles. He was polite and helpful, and I decided I would indeed return to the store when I had more time. My second visit with mum in tow was just as satisfactory and even fun. Lance the store manager was so helpful and spent quite a while helping me choose my divan and mattress. He put myself and mum at such ease that whilst I was settling up the details of my order, mum actually fell asleep whilst 'trying out the pillows'! What an advert for a bed shop eh!

The in store assistant was extremely helpful, understood my needs and was very friendly.

The assistant who dealt with my enquiries and subsequent purchase was very good indeed. Sadly, I don't recall his name. There was no pushy sales pitch which was very refreshing. He was very informative and I feel like I got sound advice and a very personalised level of service.

Got what we wanted with little fuss and everything went very smoothly.

Your friendl assistant in the store was first class, she helped us decide on the Otterman bed we were looking for. The whole process buying the bed was very easy, we even had a nice cup of tea. We are also looking to buy a Tempur matteress and once our order for the bed has been delivered we will be back to purchase the matteress.
