The store manager was very helpful.

Walked straight in with a good ideal of the bed wanted, friendly but not pushy approach from sales staff (Eddie) who was informative but again not over pushy.

We were not pressured re sales staff during our visit. But were allowed to view and test at our leisure. But when we did ask questions re products and eventually purchasing and the various payment methods available to us. The staff member was knowledgeable and professional. Overall we were very happy with our visit. Thankyou

I went into the store to purchase a mattress for my double bed. I had thought I wanted a medium one but the Store Manager spent time with me explaining what was what, urging me to take my time trying out each one until I could make my decision. The result is, I hope, a good product that will last me a few years. The manager was friendly, helpful and constructive.

Emma was extremely helpful. We visited three times before placing our order - she remembered us, answered all our questions and put the order through speedily and efficiently. Excellent service in Walton on Thames.

We popped in the shop to view headboards,knowing what we were requiring.We saw several and shown a headboard which had been reduced we were left to look around and when we made enquirers we were Offered help and advice by a very knowledgeable lady,Emily. We explained we were only looking and were checking several shops. Once satisfied we returned to Dreams and purchased the Headboard of our choice. We paid given the date of delivery and all very straightforward positive information. We did discuss mattress's whilst we were there and were offered to try any bed for comfort. During our time in the shop we were not pressured to purchase any item but served by Emily who was very helpful and friendly along with her colleague.We would not hesitate to return in the future.
