I found visiting the showroom a very good experience being able to see and try the bed and various mattresses in order to select the correct one.

No fabric swatch available for the other divan base colour. Could only see colour on sales sign and online.

We went to the Walton store and discussed our requirements with Ioana - she was very helpful and knowledgeable and having placed our provisional order, we went home to measure up and make sure the bed would actually go up the stairs. It did and we confirmed our order - simples!

Saleem was very pleasant and welcoming. He was very patient and attentive during our two visits to the store, providing us with all the information about the products and listening to our needs. He made shopping at Dreams an easy and pleasant experience. The store was also very clean and well presented.

Shahid gave us extremely good service. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, professional but friendly in his approach.

I was very impressed with the service in Dreams , Very friendly and very helpful , I will definitely recommend anyone to Dream’s . 5 out of 5 stars without a doubt.

We were supported immediately on arrival and the store representative who tended to us was highly knowledgable and informative. We were shown a range of products relating to our specifications across a variety of price points.

I was met by a very good sales assistant, Christopher/Chris at the Walton store who was very patient and knowledgable. I came into the store 3 times before making my final decision and he was always there and very helpful indeed, offering suggestions and not putting pressure on me. Had he of done I wouldn’t have come back but because of him I ordered in the Dreams store rather than on the Feather and Black website despite them offering a 5 year guarantee on the same mattress.
