We were very impressed by the overall experience of buying our bed from Dreams. From Charlie your sales adviser to the delivery men, all very professional and courteous.

Yasmine greeted us as we entered the store She was friendly, not pushy, I explained my medical need for a supportive mattress, she listened and advised, and obviously knew what she was talking about. Within 30 minutes we happily purchased our bed, had a cup of tea, and was going home very pleased that we only had to wait 11 days for a good nights sleep. It was a very enjoyable experience. This was my first visit to a Dreams store ... I was received in a friendly and courteous manner by a knowledgeable member of your staff.

There was a good range to choose from. While the staff tried hard to accommodate our requirements we did not feel pressured and were able to make an informed decision regarding our purchase.

Had a bad experience with another bed store and was hesitant about purchasing a mattress even though my old mattress only a 1yr old. The staff at the dreams store were very patient with me and listened to needs. At no time did the try and pressure me to buy any product. They were knowledgable and explained the different beds in store. I had bought from dreams before in fact still have the bed set which needs a change when I can afford it. I had already done some research on mattresses online and some they didn't have in store but explained the difference. The quick delivery shocked me as I bought a couch had hate to wait 16weeks. VERY IMPRESSED

We have answered we were highly satisified as we were very impressed with Lance, the salesman at the Walton on Thames store. We visited on Friday and he explained the different types of beds on offer and the price. He explained things simply, and clearly, and gave us time to consider our options and look at each bed. We returned at the weekend, and he again talked us through our options and explained things well during our purchase of the bed. The purchase process was smooth and we left fully infomred. Lance knew his stuff, was highly professional and very friendly and is a credit to your company. the store was also spacious and layed out well making comparing products very easy.

Having bought a new bed here in 2014 we were very pleased to return to the same store to order a new mattress, we knew we would get good advice and a helpful advisor. We were very happy with the advise and service and are happy to be awaiting our new mattress.
