Lance was incredibly friendly and helpful, he understood our needs and was extremely knowledgeable. We feel as though we received excellent service and a great deal in the process. We would definitely use this Dreams again and recommend it others.

Lance, the store manager was very helpful and patient with me whilst I choose what mattress to pick. He was very knowledgable and was friendly and humorous whilst I was in the shop. His customer service was great, I work in retail and he is a natural when it comes to service. :)

The man in the shop had so much knowledge and was very informative. We really enjoyed a difficult shopping, with so much to choose from . Without the assistance we would never had felt so satisfied when having made up our mind.
