Lance the sales assistant knowledge of your products is to a very high standard. Which help me make my decision off buying your matters at ease. My friends who were with me at time made the comment that they would buy from Lance as he understood the customers need so well to point off what productt would suite them.

Lance was the perfect sales person for us, very informative and had great product knowledge but was not arrogant or tried to push for a sale. Myself and and my wife dread sales people, we hate feeling pressured and at no time did Lance do this. This is why we purchased from you, please give Lance a pat on the back for his product knowledge, patience and manners this man was "spot on". Many thanks Simon Perry

Assistant was knowledgeable and showed us a range of products which he explained the differences between the product. Gave us time to make our decision without pressuring us. Was very clear on the terms and conditions of our purchase. Excellent service, polite and made us feel at ease

Lance was extremely helpful and talked through with my daughter what she wanted and showed her different options and she tried opening the different beds and closing and laid on lots of mattresses till she found the right one. She throughly enjoyed buying her bed and I enjoyed watching her make decisions about she liked and didn't. She like myself will remember her buying her first bed of choice with Lance's guidance. Lovely day out.

Lance who served us was extremely presentable/polite and very knowledgeable about the entire range and made our decision easier than we thought. We were not going to buy that day but we did. Most importantly the advice given and knowledge of Store Manager, Lance. Also the fact that if not satisfied within 40 days we could return and replace with different mattress which was a major factor for purchasing mattress and bed
