Really friendly very helpful and very human

The sales assistant had the same name as me so that was a good start! She spoke about her own experiences with the products which helped enormously, and which influenced my decision then and will do in the future. She made an excellent cup of tea (and I am a tea addict), gave me all the time I needed without rushing me, even though the shop was closing at 6pm, and put my product in the car for me.

I had problems ordering online so went to store all sorted very quickly and have delivery date of 5/11/16

We were greeted when we entered the store, different mattress types were explained to us. We didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying. He was very knowledgeable and didn't push us towards the most expensive products.

Plenty to choose from and assistance where required

Lance and everyone in his team at Walton-on-Thames are extremely helpful, polite and friendly. I have been to the store three times in total and each time have received expert assistance. This is a big purchase for us, and the fact that you can have finance makes a huge difference. Yasmine was fantastic and I even got a cup of tea!

We had a lovely store manager called Lance at the Walton on Thames store. What I particularly liked was that he wasn't pushy at all and let us browse first then when we asked for help he was extremely helpful. We had gone in after work and we're aware the store was shortly closing and he still took the time to sit with us and place our order even though it meant going past store closing and he was so lovely about it.
