Because when we entered the store initially and were greeted, the staff respected our wishes to just look around but when we needed advice they were helpful without being pushy. Very pleasant experience but as we bought our last bed from Dreams - not a surprise.

Quick and easy purchase. Shop assistant was knowledgeable and took us straight to what we wanted. Good price.

We needed a replacement mattress. Not being familiar with the modern makes and options we needed advice. This was given to us and all the various possibilities were clearly explained.

i wanted to try a particular mattress and upon calling the store, Yasmin answered the phone 10 mins before the opening time which was really handy for me and then upon arrival at the store Yasmin met me and was able to answer my questions, recommend alternatives and sort a mattress protector and a good delivery date for me. She was fantastic and my family and I felt very comfortable, not rushed but well advised during our visit. We were spending a sizeable amount of money and felt that we were given the space and time to make an informed choice.
