Dreams - Walton on Thames

Very friendly and knowledgeable salesman who led us to just what we wanted.

We initially went in (Saturday 21.01.17) to purchase a new mattress for our single bed (bought from Dreams previously) and ended up buying one as well as a whole new King Size bed (mattress, base & headboard). Also Charlie at the Walton-on-Thames branch made the good suggestion that we try the beds with a demo TEMPUR Comfort Pillow - Medium Firm, which we also bought two of a while back. This was a really good idea and made a whole world of difference to trying the various beds that we looked at, as the demo pillows on all the beds are not very good quality. Very experienced Store Manager listened to my specific requirements and guided me to the perfect arrangement of bed and mattress. He was patient, no pressure with the sale and viewed my posture on the various mattresses I was testing to check that they were giving me good back support as I have problems with a slipped disc. I have shopped around but ' Dreams' gave me the best advice and one to one dedication. I know I have bought the bed that is right for me. His assistant was also excellent giving welcoming customer service.

Upon walking into the shop (Walton-on-Thames) we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff (Courtney), who asked what we were looking for and gave us three options, recommending two of them and saying the choice is up to us - she didn't rush us at all and talk through the options with us several different times and got us different quotes for different bases, mattress and size combinations! Once we made a decision she and the other members of staff were very helpful at putting the order through and even threw in a free pillow with the order! Very satisfied!

we've arrived quite late - around 10min before store closing, looking for a reasonably priced mattress. Charles, who took care of us, was very professional and took the extra time to show us the options available. eventually instead of pocket spring mattress, we bought Tempur one, and looking forward to the delivery!

The Staff were amazing, and I was spoilt for choice.. offered a coffee upon walking in and was shown around almost immediatly. Overall a pleasent experience.

Quick service, Charlie knew what he was talking about. He was attentive enough but was not breathing down our necks either.

Yasmin who served us was not too pushy, she understood our needs and recommended the correct product for our needs. We left the store feeling that we had received good customer service

We were served by Yasmine, who was polite and friendly. She encouraged us to try various mattress options . She was not forceful but very knowledgeable. She did not 'push' us towards the Tempur expensive mattress, in fact we picked it out ourselves! We await delivery with high expectations !
