Dreams - Walton on Thames

I would like to feedback my experience today of the delivery today which was above excellent service. ASHOK AND BEN were curteous, efficient. They had phoned me 2 hours prior to the delivery and were on time , had regard for my home and took time to cover their shoes and place a mat in my doorway to prevent the dirt coming in. The assisted me throughout to place the mattress as I wanted. I was impressed , too, by the willingness of the sales person Yaomine and Charlie. I believe in giving credit when such excellent service is provided. Please convey my thanks to these people. They are a cfedit to your company.

We were served by Charlie in the Walton store and his service was great! I'm a manager in retail and valued his knowledge on the products, he was also very friendly and easy to talk to

Assistant was extremely helpful I told her what I was looking for And the colour I required she showed me all the items that she thought would suit me.

I had shopped around and found Dreams to be very competitive. The staff were extremely helpful, first taken a provisional order then confirming everything when I called in the following day. Dreams have also followed up with messages to keep me aware of delivery details. I have no complaints.

The shop assistant Yasmine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but she was also very friendly and understood our specific needs

I was very pleased with the service I received when I purchased my mattress, I was greeted and offered a drink, Courtney was very helpful with helping me choose the mattress that I wanted ,answered all the question that I had to ask her and gave an all round good service
