We spent over an hour with a great employee of yours, Charlie. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us the space and time to try the products. He was available when we had questions and even offered us refreshments. He made us laugh his colleague was lovely too. Thank you!

Payment and deliver obstacles were resolved expeditiously

Charlie the shop assistant was so kind and helpful and had so much knowledge of all your products, he was quick with making the order and served us with a lovely big smile and made us feel nothing would be a problem, he offered us a coffee which was very good coffee, we purchased our last bed from you 7 years ago and didn't even bother going anywhere else as there is no need to.

I was immediately attended to and offered coffee. The assistant was knowledgeable and did not rush me. He showed me the different types of mattress interiors with the differing springs. I decided on purchasing and chose interest free credit, and he explained everything very well. He accommodated which delivery date was best for me. I found him and his colleague very people friendly and down to earth. Very pleased with my experience at Walton dreams with mr Armstrong.

I asked if they sold the product I required they only had one but more on website but the one they had was perfect I gave guy delivery details etc and was out the shop all In 15 mins. but sadly due to unforeseen circumstance ive had to cancel order through your customer services..and the lady there Emily couldn't have been more helpful but sadly ive lost £70 cancelling but no way round it..good service though with shop and customer servies well done

My husband and myself were asked if we needed help and we asked if we could look round first. When we were ready the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer the questions we asked. The price was very reasonable and the date of delivery was just what we needed. We look forward to the delivery. We will be using the store the next time we look for bedding

Welcomed as I walked in at Walton on Thames branch. Sat down and Lance couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable . Got a great deal in the sales . Very pleased all round.
