The shop manager was friendly and knowledgeable and took time to understand what we wanted and gave good advice to help us with our purchase.

It was a smooth transaction & efficient customer service throughout. It was my first visit there and i am very happy. i would definitely return if needed.

The minute we walked into the store,we were greeted by a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man,after explaining what we were looking for, he showed us our options and informed us of product details,no hard sell and gave us plenty of time to make our choice.The whole process was refreshingly enjoyable.

The sales person Shahid went to a lot of effort to find the items and the delivery time that I was looking for, he really could not have done more

I was greeted quickly and the assistant listened to what I wanted and advised me to try out the actress tester. He then explained the result and encouraged me to try out the recommended mattresses. He efficiently dealt with my order . Thank you Chris

Novelty going on the bed that assessed our needs in support. The person helping us was attentive and friendly also had a sense of humour which I appreciated we were offered tea and coffee whilst we were there. Overall very happy
