Dreams - Walton on Thames

I had done a little research on line and the assistant was patient and considerate in making sure I was happy with my decision. The attributes of similar products was explained and I was encouraged to 'try before I buy'. The fact that if the mattress I had chosen was not to my liking after I had given it a fair trial could be exchanged definitely influenced my decision to buy from Dreams. I was treated with great respect which as a senior citizen meant a lot.

Very friendly assistant who did not over push the sale. Great knowledge and friendly with my children. Took time to listen to what we wanted and gave us good recommendations based on our needs.

We were warmly greeted on arrival by Lance the store manager and he was very patient with the demands of both my 2 teenagers and my husband and I as we sought to buy 3 new mattresses. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make a difficult decision simple

I initially rang to check availability & Charlie rememembered my call and served us very efficiently and demonstrating good product knowledge.

Excellent customer service provided by Charlie- good subject knowledge and helpful with regards to bases and pillows.

So far, Charlie, the sales assistant has given us top service and is very knowledgeable. I find it a little difficult completing a survey having just placed an order. Service often shows it's true colours following an order as in after sales service. Having not yet taken delivery and tried our new bed it's hard to say how happy we are with the product or indeed your service should there be a need to contact you again.

The salesman was very clear with all aspects of our purchase and explained clearly the answers to questions we put to him.

Saw mattress on internet. Took a couple of minutes to find in store. Ordering quick and simple and efficient.
