The assistant came over to us as soon as we arrived and asked us what we were looking for and straight away sorted it out. There was no soft mattress available on the bed we wanted so he took us to another bed with the right mattress so that we could test it.

Excellent, highly knowledgeable and friendly service. Made to feel valued and respected as a customer. I have had a dreams bed for the last 10 years and it has been excellent.

We were greeted immediately by Lance when we stepped into the store.He listened to our particular requirements and then talked and showed us our options.His friendly manner and product knowledge was outstanding.He answered all of our questions and gave us helpful information so as we could make the right choice for us.The placing of the order was quick and efficient and the terms and conditions explained.It was a great shopping experience and we would recommend Dreams to our family and friends.Lance is a true asset to the store and the business.
