The order process was efficient and the product delivery was arranged for the date required. However, you did advertise in the window "50% off prices" but I saw little evidence of this on the invoice I received.

Yasmin, the store assistant, made us very welcome and offered us tea or coffee. Her knowledge about the products on sale made our experience very pleasurable and easy to decide on the item to purchase. The store was very light, bright and laid out in such a manner as to make it easy to stroll around and get a feel for the final product, a mattress, we wanted. All the staff were helpful. I can find no fault with anything to do with decision making process and certainly no fault with Yasmin.
