Good helpful service.

Because the customer service was excellent and all our questions were answered quickly and efficiently, we were shown everything that suited our needs and were given time to see what we felt comfortable with, we walked away with a new bed and we are very happy customers

Lucas was extremely knowledgeable & I feel gave us the right amount of information whilst still allowing us to make our own informed decision. We were confident in our selection having been able to try a variety of mattresses that were available at the store.

me and my partner turned up a little before close Charlie was very friendly in advising us of the products. not to pushy and gave us space to browse we was also offered a cup of tea and was advised to try different pillows on the beds.

Having visited one of the other stores where the experience wasn't very good I found the staff and availability of stock good. I have bought beds in this branch before and found the staff very helpful

Yasmine was very knowledgeable and was not in your face unlike some other high street furniture sales advisers - she gave me time to try out all the beds and had some very good suggestions.

The chap who assisted us , Lance was really helpful and knowledgeable . He was courteous and patient . His advice was excellent and because of that we feel we have made the right decision with the bed we chose.
