Dreams - Walton on Thames

I was served by Charlie in the Walton on Thames store, he was extremely helpful from the minute i called in the morning to leaving the store very happy after ordering a new bed and mattress. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. He made sure i had all the information i needed before closing the frame and mattress right for me. Couldnt recommend him higher. And would encourage any friends or family to visit the Walton store and charlie in particular to help them.

I was after a bed that would help with my neck and back problems, also a mattress that would feel cool , I bought ex display model which was perfect for me as could be delivered within a couple of days, I wasn't rushed, and encouraged to try bed several times without pressure

When we first arrived in the UK, 7 years ago, we bought all our beds from Dreams. Now that we are moving to a new home and as the children have grown, we needed new beds. We had no hesitation returning to Dreams. The service was excellent and the price / options were very good.

Very polite and gave me complete attention. I was listened to and felt he understood my needs.

Charlie was very helpful with his knowledge on mattresses & beds & helped us make are minds up.

Yasmine was lovely. She made sure we knew she was their if we needed her and then let us wonder round and round and round the store narrowing down our decision. (Which was nice not to be constantly bothered when you are trying to measure different beds 👍🏻) When we finally make up our minds she was their to help us out through the order and help us with organising removals, new bedding & linen. She was a delight to deal with.

We were assisted by Charles, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all our queries (and our kids who were with us). He went out of his way to help us make our choice of bed and pillows. He made us feel like valued customers.

Staff were friendly & informative. After going through the various beds with us they then left us to try them again without any sales pressure.

From the moment I entered your Store and found it very inviting and relaxing the gentleman met us with a cheery good morning and asked if he could assist or would we like to wonder round first which we did we had a good look round the ground floor and the first floor and had a rough idea so we sorted the gentleman out and he came to our assistance and showed us a variety of beds and the difference between beds how to turn them and was very informative on purchasing my bed then proceeded to give me my free gifts which you took time and trouble over to explain to me which one I really needed it wasn’t a case of just passing them over he was such a charming man And fronted your shop and represented you well I would like to take the trouble to thank him for all his help thank you

although the shop was very busy and Charlie was working alone he manage to see everyone and make sure all our needs was meet. my only issue was that the time it took to place the order as he was serving three customer at the same time but was also very helpful
