We were helped in choosing a bed which has always been difficult as we are so different in size and weight. The gentleman who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and able to quickly solve our problems and point us to a bed that we both liked.

My wife and I went to slough store at first but didn’t feel the service was fantastic a friend recommend the Walton store and we thought why not excellent service was offered a pillow and a drink. All the team was great. We was served by Charles the service we received was outstanding definitely returning back to the Walton store.

Excellent service bought 2 mattresses as the manager explained it very well.

The advice giveb by charles was great. He had an answer for evrey question and nothing was to much trouble

The salesman Charlie was very helpful and spent time asking us what we were after so he could show us the appropriate products. Order was placed and delivery slot fitted in well and all in all was a very smooth experience.

The staff were really friendly and knew everything about their products. The best with TV was everything we needed. Very happy- just ordered, so we’re waiting (& excited) for our bed to arrive :)
