We were served by Shahid at The Walton-On-Thames store. Throughout he gave us his full attention. It was a pleasure to be served by someone who was not distracted and displayed great patience in meeting our needs.

Not only was the service excellent but the staff (Saleem) was very kind when I felt faint and very helpful.

The customer service from Parkash was outstanding.

Saleem was friendly courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the products and our needs. He showed us the sleep machine which really helped our selection. The whole process didn't take long and hopefully our selection will be exactly what we need. However only time will tell!

Shahid was extremely friendly and polite. He showed me how to easy it was to find the right mattress for me and also the pillows and mattress protector needed.

Must comment that I was shopping in Walton on Thames NOT Potters Bar as stated in this email The Assistant was extremely courteous and helpful with a good understanding of the product was a little disappointed by the 3 weeks delivery estimate as existing mattress was spoiled and really needed the replacement. Appreciated his guidance with regard to mattress protector and insurance cover also the availability of Pillows at a reasonable cost.

Helpful staff, listened to what we wanted and what we definitely did not want. A good selection of beds to try.
