Charlie who served us today was very understanding and helpful whilst we was trying to look for a bed and we walked out with the right choice and satisfied.

The man in the shop was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He knew his range, gave good advice and offered lots of options. He did the paperwork quickly but informatively, made everything very clear to me including all the cancellation policies etc. He shut the shop up for 2 mins to help me carry all my pillows to the car. Would definitely go straight back here for any other beds or mattresses etc that I might need. Great customer service! Thank you

We went to the Walton branch where we were served by Charles. He gave us good advice when we explained our requirements and even offered us a cup of tea or coffee. His customer service skills are very high and I would definitely go back should I require anything further to be served by him.
