We were the only customers in store at the time-and had the assistant's full attention and were able to try out a variety of mattresses, We have always purchased beds and mattresses from Dreams

The assistant was knowledgeable and offered advice when asked, and made suggestions to provide various options during the purchase discussion. We were able to go into the store, and successfully choose and make a purchase, with the re-assurance that there is a 40 night exchange option. He was clear in providing the delivery options and terms and conditions.

Charlie your assistant extremely courteous and welcoming,understood our health problems,extensive knowledge of the beds without being pushy. we then visited Bensons store in Walton and John Lewis in Kingston but returned to place our order with Charlie at Walton.

Me and my partner visited Dream in Walton where we had a chat with Lance over what we needed. Lance had a great knowledge and listened to exactly what our requirements were. He was proffessional with a good sense of humour and polite. I have already recommended a friend who is bed shopping to visit the Walton store. Overall we couldnt of been happy to get some 'proper' service where we felt valued... We couldnt thank Lance enough for his approach and hospitality. Thank you Lance.

I walked into the shop wanting a mattress and came away with what I wanted.

Charlie showed us exactly what we were requesting we tried out several beds there was no hurry we were left alone to try the beds which were recommended by Charlie and found one that was perfect. Charlie was very knowledgeable and we were offered refreshments we purchased pillows as well We were also very pleased with the delivery men who put our mattress on the bed and removed all packaging taking it away the service was excellent and would reccomend Dreams to my friends and family

Lance, the Manager, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to find out our requirements and was very patient whilst we tested all the beds. At no time did we feel pressurised to make a purchase, but having made a decision the paperwork was completed efficiently.
