Charlie made both my wife and me welcome and allowed us to browse and then helped us further after a few minutes of us talking between ourselves. As Charlie approached he asked ask a few questions to work out what we needed, and even offered us a drink will we were shopping which we gratefully enjoyed,and pointed us in the right direction. We tried the mattresses with a variety of pillows that Charlie brought for us to fully determine the most comfortable combination. We purchased a mattress and new pillows and were very grateful for Charlie’s help.

There was a wide range of beds for us to try within our price range and the sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products. We have bought a bed from the store before and have found it to be very comfortable so when we required a new bed for our spare room it was the first place we thought to try.

The salesman Charlie appeared particularly knowledgeable in dreams products relating them to our needs. He was friendly, even offering us drinks. A very good salesman indeed, we even purchased accessories which we wouldn’t normally do! Let’s hope the highly satisfied continues when the item arrives.
