Fantastic service provided by the store. We were clueless going into the store but ended up feeling we knew all the ins and outs of mattresses thanks to the incredibly knowledgable staff. Being able to test out pillows on all the mattresses (of which there were LOTS) was incredibly useful and the store assistant spent a lot of time with us ensuring all our need were met. My wife and I are over the moon. The only thing I would suggest is that the store staff are allowed to be more flexible when making deals as I would’ve spent a lot more had I been allowed to negotiate better prices.

Jamie asked if I wanted any assistance as soon as I arrived in the store. He understood my needs and helped me make an informed decision. He was knowledgable and friendly.
