We received excellent service and some great advice on products at Dreams in Walton on Thames. Staff was extremely helpful and had extensive knowledge on products. We weren't sure what we're looking for, but thanks to experienced and friendly team we found a mattress that suited our needs. Definitely a pleasant experience and would highly recommend to others.

Charlie answered every question I had in detail about products. Wasn't pushy at all and when I spoke about budget was very helpful in showing me which suited. Was shown approximately 9 different beds to try. Very informative and very helpful

when i entered the store it was fantastic the manager greeted me asked me open question ,explained store layout and asked me about what kind of feel i'm looking for he then asked me to lay down on some of the beds and he explained everything that he saw which i thought was fantastic he offered me a cup of coffee which was really nice by the way and then he handed over to one of hes colleagues i didnt have to explain anything he was given the run down the service i found from both the manager and hes staff member was excellent

The salesman was friendly, knowledgable and informative. He was a great help and we were happy with his advice
