The assistant (Jamie) was very helpful and patient in understanding our needs. Took us to various beds and explained the differences. Helped us make a decision without undue pressure.

The sales person was very patience and understanding and give me the opportunity to ask questions and answer my queries.

Jamie was attentive, very informative, polite and had great knowledge of the products. My daughter does not talk to strangers easily but no problem with Jamie. Extremely professional and thorough with making sure I had all the up to date information.

The Manager, Lance, was super friendly and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. There was no pressure to purchase, it felt like he had my best interest at heart and that was more important than the sale of the actual bed. I much prefer real genuine customer service to pressure selling and I definitely received a high standard of customer care - will definitely recommend.
