- Representative was very patient as we change our minds several times - Representative showed us many different options. - Since we were visiting for the first time they have explained what the colour code represents and was detailed with his explanation. If he was not sure he would ask before telling us.

We received immediate attention from the Store Manager who checked exactly what we wanted and made a number of suggestions and mattresses for us to try and made sure we were happy with what we chose

We searched the website for our preferred bed type. It was particularly helpful in choosing between different types of mattress (a bewildering task that has evaded us up till now). When we got to the store, the sales team helped us find our choices (we couldn't remember the names, but they listened patiently to our clumsy descriptions and found exactly what we were after), showed us some alternatives to make sure we had made the right choice but didn't drag out the process unnecessarily.

I have used this Dreams shop previously and received excellent service, both in the shop and also with delivery of my item. All those involved provided excellent service. I received the same excellent service in the shop today, and expect to receive the same excellent delivery service at the end of the month.

As I walked into your shop I’ve got approach straightaway Charlie did ask me. What sort of bed that I wanted he went through everything quite and clearly. He did offer us some hot drinks. We didn’t get beat around the bush... and we got want we come in for. Happy all round 😄
