From start to finish I felt in the hands of a real professional: excellent product knowledge, he too great care in finding out what I wanted and giving me options to choose from, listened carefully to my feedback so I ended up with a better result than I'd even hope for. Just excellent

This is my second good experience with Dreams. The first time was a very good experience with both sales and delivery. So I went straight back to Dreams again when I wanted to buy a mattress for my spare room. I was not disappointed. I had a different sales person, equally as knowledgeable as the first with a great attitude. So good for you Dreams for employing a great team from sales to delivery.

Sales representative was very friendly and displayed patience whilst I made decisions on my purchases. She actually remembered my name from the 1st visit I made to the store which I felt displayed her engagement in our earlier conversation when I returned to the store later in the day.

The staff member who dealt with my query and the store manager were both very helpful and informative in enabling me to make the best choice based on the diagnostic bed. The store assistant was very well informed of the products on display and suggested I try the beds for size and comfort.

Iona at the Walton on Thames branch was very helpful, telling me about the possibilities but also giving me time to try the mattresses and ponder This is the second time in the last year I have shopped for a mattress here as the service, value snd delivery were so good Looking forward to my new bed hugely

We were served by Saleem who was excellent from start to finish and needs to be recognised for his work. We visited on Saturday and returned on the Sunday to place our order. Saleem remembered us and we were able to pick up exactly where we left of. He even helped my girlfriend to carry our pillows and duvets to our car parked outside. Some of the best retail customer service we’ve experienced.
