Jason spent time first and foremost talking and asking what we wanted in term of a bed. He used the machine but also asked us how we slept ect before discussing price and shop deals. We have been to other shops and they didn’t take time to understand what we needed. We were very impressed with his knowledge and non pushy sales technique

we had a certain requirement and the staff helped fulfill that need. However lead times on bed frames seems excessive. They helped suggest mitigation to our problem (we have just bought and moved into a house a week ago). My mother is coming to stay and we needed a bed and a mattress. We bought the mattress from you however had to buy the frame from a local place as they could deliver the frame with a quick turnaround, Store itself needs sprucing up. Maybe look into larger stores holding stock for smaller branches to enable delivery to suburbs where housing is being developed and a bed need is immediate (not waiting six weeks)

The assistant answered all our questions and stayed with us going round the diiferant beds until we decided what to buy.

Hadn't bought a mattress for quote a while so was a bit unsure walking in, however the person that attended me was friendly and helped me find the mattress that best suited my budget and my sleeping pattern

Upon entering the store, the sales assistant Ross and his partner (Walton Branch) were both extremely helpful in helping me to find the right mattress, and were very friendly, even having a laugh and joke, which is very rare these days! I was shown several different mattress after I explained what I wanted, which allowed me to very quickly choose the right mattress for me, and purchase it with no problems at all! The sales assistant even suggested that if I were to purchase the mattress, I would receive 4 free silent night pillows with the order- who can resist new pillows with a new mattress!! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my dreams experience- hopefully I’ll have a dreamy nights sleep very soon! Thank you!
