Having tried most of a day to phone the shop without success we did a visit. There was only one salesperson in the store who worked so hard to satisfy our needs successfully. Very happy with the result.

The whole service was excellent. The Sleepmatch machine made sure that we selected the correct mattress. The salesman, Chris, was most helpful and buying was very easy. We were made to feel very much at ease in the store.

Very helpful staff member who made us feel welcome without the pressure to buy something we weren't happy with. She took the time to listen to my requirements and found me a mattress I really like. Delivery was arranged very promptly and I look forward to the mattress arriving.

Iwona at the Walton-on-Thames store -validation code 190 was very helpful and professional. She even made a cup of coffee for me and the next customer awaiting her assistance.

Assistant called Ioana was very friendly and was not at all pushy making our shopping experience a very good one. Answered all our questions and understood our price range.

Friendly staff, good choice of bed available, dispute only being 2 sales people in a busy store did all they could to be with all customers so brilliant to see. Great advice

I came to your Walton store with my partner as I was not getting on with my mattress its only a couple years old and is a special orthopedic as I have back problems but if anything it was making me feel worse I would be up most of the night in pain and struggled to get out. We was served by Ioana who was brilliant she recommended we try the sleep match technology to get the best mattress to meet my needs. She was really helpful showing us a variety of beds suited to us and patient as I'm not very mobile and currently using a walking stick. We ended up choosing the first bed she showed us I noticed the difference straight away even my partner said it was something much more comfortable. Our new bed is due tomorrow and cant wait to get a good nights sleep again. Thankyou so much for the help.
