Dreams - Walton on Thames

i was surprised at the high level of service i got today! I even got made a tea. Well done guys

I was served by Iona at the Dreams store in Walton-on-Thames. She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. I was offered a drink on arrival then shown all the beds available in the Ottoman range. Iona was very patient and tested them all for me. She also suggested pillows (I had been looking for a new pillow) and took the time to bring me a selection to try. The order was placed very speedily with delivery in a few days time. Very impressed overall.

Easy to shop

I received a very poor response from MATTRESSMAN in Northampton and I was about to give up and order on line but your assistant Matt was most helpful he even gave me tea. I didn't know you had a measure up service I definitely think I made the right choice.

We used the sleep match which was rather exciting and actually made it a fun experience. Also Ioana who served us was very lovely she was kind informative and friendly .
