The assistant was extremely pleasant, chatty and helpful. Not just sell sell sell. He made us feel very welcome and gave his whole attention to us.

From the moment I entered the shop I found myself very comfortable. At no time did I feel pressurised. I had certain ideas of what I was looking for and was listened to very carefully before being shown a choice of different beds and mattresses that might be what I was looking for. The differences were very clearly explained and Christopher waited patiently whilst I made up my own mind.
