I returned on this occasion because of the wonderful service I received on my previous visit. I had intended to purchase this item then, but decided to wait and take some time to make the decision. I was greeted on walking in and PPE was freely available, multiple colleagues were available to help me, and when I asked for Ioana by name she came out of the back. She remembered me and my details, as well as the product I wanted to purchase. After I had asked a question on a previous visit she was unable to answer regarding this product, she took the time to follow up and then called me back to provide the information I was looking for, which was also a key factor in my decision to buy.

Ioana was phenomenally helpful and patient when working on quite a complex order, she really went above and beyond and I was hugely impressed by her customer service, and with my overall experience in the store. I really would like to highlight the quality of service I received.
