I am an experienced Sales Director and the Sales person Chris was excellent. He was very knowledgable about his products and what stock he has and took the time to create the need so as I could buy the right products. He just needs to relax as he was very nervous!!! He did a great job and just needs maybe a more experienced colleague to tell him to take his time and relax.
