The store colleague who looked after me (Chris) was very knowledgeable and patient, not applying any kind of pressure salesmanship. The product range was so wide that I spent rather a long time choosing my mattress and it was clear that he wanted me to make the right choice for my needs.

From the time we walked in to the dreams shop in Walton on Thames, the shop assistants all offered there help. Everyone was very helpful and I would highly recommend the dreams shop.

We visited Dreams looking for a new mattress as novices. Prakash was extremely helpful in understanding our needs and budget and ensuring we were happy and comfortable with his recommendation. We got a great deal on the mattress and found an excellent bed frame too. All in all a brilliant experience and our new bed is being delivered in just 4 days!
