On both our visits to the store we were given the most excellent customer service by the sales assistant Chris. He was empathic to our needs and took time to show us a number of products to make sure we were happy with our final choice. He offered us water on both occasions and was polite and efficient

The staff were very good , gave us time to decide, with no pressure.

We came into our Walton on Thames store and we were immediately greeted by the lovely Saleem who put us on the mattress which showed which of the mattress suits us the most. The he took us on a journey through the store so we could lay down and see which one we like most and we chose the one we wanted. Then i wanted to also choose a bed frame for our new mattress and Saleem guided me upstairs and presented all the range. I asked some questions and Saleem offered his support and was very informative in his answers. We then sealed the sale and Yet again Saleem made us feel completely comfortable and the sale was quick and easy with all my questions being answered. I would definitely come back and buy more products in the future.

Newly arrived in the country I walked in just to see what was available and the price ranges. I was pleasantly greeted by a fantastic staff member who was encouraging without being pushy, who knew her products inside out and was extremely helpful....so left the shop with a bed base, mattress and all related services. I have never done that in my life!

Sharid assisted us in finding both a suitable mattress and bedframe which met all of our needs. He was very knowledgeable about all products and took the time to explain all the options available to us. He was very accommodating while we made our decision and offered us beverages. The sleep match technology also helped to guide us towards the perfect mattress for our preferred sleeping positions.
