Friendliness of the staff, product knowledge not pushy to close the sales as I experienced in many furniture stores. Once shown around giving you space to decide not hovering over you.

The assistant, Shahid, was extremely friendly, efficient and competent. he understood our requirements and explained options clearly and comprehensively. The whole process went very smoothly - which is not always the case in other stores.

Very happy with the service , assistance was very helpful.

I chose Dreams after internet research on relevant retailers, Pricing comparisons, Quality & where goods were manufactured and location of store to where I live. I was warmly greeted and the staff were most welcoming, After being advised to lie on the computerised bed "Sleep Match" for evaluation of my personal body size & distribution of weight etc I was then shown relevant beds but importantly what I had originally thought that i needed as well. After perfect advice we sat with Saleem offered a coffee, where we began the quotation phase for my requirements, other staff were also engaging and making casual banter with me as Saleem drew up the Quotation for me. We placed our Order & even purchased 2 pillows identical to the ones we used for testing the comfortableness of each bed. Great team at my local store Thank you

I took the sleep test to get a better sense of what would be best, and tried those beds only. Pradesh was knowledgeable and didn't bother showing me memory foam after I said I didn't want that, so felt heard and listened to.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store by a very friendly member of staff. I was looking for a mattress and with his help I believe I have purchased the perfect choice.

The customer adviser that served us was extremely helpful and attentive. He was immediately on hand when we entered the store and listened to our needs and requirements. I would highly recommend dreams to all my friends and family

Overall experience is good, however a little more options for kids will help.
