We booked an appointment and met with Alex who was extremely helpful and not a typical ‘pushy salesman’. After seeing 5 mattresses I chose the final one and was very happy to place order on phone 2 days later.

The staff we came into contact with were extremely friendly. Julie really listened to our needs as we needed a new bed for an elderly relative going into sheltered accommodation. She was extremely empathetic and made sure she didn't waste our time by showing us unsuitable beds. She was friendly and fun. A great asset to the company.
