I’ve had an amazing experience over all. We went into Bensons for Beds at the Uddingston industrial estate before coming into your store and they weren’t half as helpful and they said the earliest delivery would be 26th December. As soon as we walked into your store we were greeted by the staff and social distancing measures were explained to us quickly along with the colour coding of the beds for the firmness etc. A silent night mattress was on sale and we loved it so managed to get this half price! I selected delivery for a day that suited me the following week. I received a confirmation the night before and then again the next day confirming my time slot. The delivery drivers arrived bang on time and brought this upstairs for me, again they were really friendly. Really quick and easy process and all the staff were great!

The assistant spent a long time with us and explained all the different types of mattresses and pillows

Lesley walked us through the entire mattress buying process including finding out which mattresses are best for us. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and she made the mattress buying experience very easy. She also helped us pick out our new bed frame and we ended up getting the same mattress and bed frame she herself owns. She was lovely the entire time and went out of her way to get to know us as people not just purchasers.
