I am filling this survey on behalf of my father who has parkinsons and was looking for a suitable bed. The staff were excellent showing us different options making sure we understood the difference between them all and prices. Allowing us space to make the final decision.

You're colleague Lesley couldn't have been nicer let us take our time over our choice of bed and was pleasant and welcoming

Ashley (birkenshaw) was great from start to finish and made it an easy process. Also did not take long to process the order.

I was attended to by Lesley at viewpark store who was extremely knowledgeable in the products i was interested in due to my spinal injury and other ailments I suffer from as she due to personal experience she has had her own experience of, I have to say having someone who has first hand knowledge of what I experience in sleeping issues and who can relate to those issues was really helpful and she understood perfectly the problems I have to endure. Bravo for having such an superb member of staff who can totally relate to the disabled members of the public 💯% certainly I will have no hesitation in recommending your store to others in this predicament and situation.

Were asked if we wanted help soon after arriving. Given the appropriate level of help and support whilst given privacy to discuss what was best for us. Dionne was able to answer every question fully with a sound knowledge of the products.helpful salesperson without any hint of pushing for a sale / and was patient without trying to push for a sale.

Lesley was really helpful and friendly and guided us in helping find the perfect bed for us. Made us feel at home and offered us a tea and coffee while we went over paperwork.

Dione was very polite, patient and efficient and had a great knowledge of the products in store
