Alex the assistant was knowledgeable and very friendly. A pleasure to deal with. I had to change my order and as Alex was not on shift Ashley dealt with me. Changing the order was no problem and Ashley was also very knowledgeable and friendly. All in all Dreams was a pleasure to do business with.

Staff in store and on phone were very helpful and friendly. Ordered bed in store then decided to order mattress from phone. Both girls were very helpful
