Visited the store to look for a mattress but didn't really have an idea of what would suit us best, we were advised to try the sleep test and were then shown a range of mattresses following this. Delighted with the service provided by Alex and was very helpful answering any questions we asked. Definitely recommend

Visited this store a few weeks ago and spoke to Kathleen and asked if we could try sleepmatch. She was very helpful and machine recommended a tempur mattress which was what we wanted. Didn’t buy this day did a bit of research online and went back this week to order mattress asked for Kathleen and were given a warm welcome and delighted to get £100 off and free pillows and half price divan. Was even more pleased Kathleen managed to arrange delivery before Xmas. Made very at ease when placing order offered water and even a cake.

From entering the shop to leaving all of our expectations were met by Lesley. She was so welcoming and directed us to exactly what we wanted and her knowledge of the products and prices was excellent leaving us with our choices and allowing us time to consider our preferences without pressure. We were provided with water which was appreciated with the heat under our masks. Lesley was very protective of all needs and her covid awareness was second to none using sanitiser when needed especially when sale being made. Lesley made our shopping experience enjoyable and her excellent customer service will certainly ensure we return in the future to your Uddinston Store. Wish all shopping trips were so hassle free.

Our assistant Kathleen was exceptional she couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her she was brilliant.

The lady who attended to me was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable and couldn't have been better. An asset to your company in my opinion.
