I approached salesperson,Ashley, when we entered store as I had looked online and knew what i wanted. Ashley was knowledgeable and as the exact model was not in store she checked and got a similar mattress for us to try out. Ashley was friendly and explained everything to us. The delivery date is less than 3 weeks, which is very good. I am very pleased to have the 40 night comfort guarantee. We have paid for our old mattress to be taken away. I hope the rest of the experience is just as smooth.
