The process was quick and easy. The website is very easily navigated and cohesive with the in store experience, and I was able to do research on the website to create a short list of mattresses I liked the look of before coming in store to try them out and purchase. The assistance from Lesley was great, quick and easy. She was really knowledgable and friendly and made the experience even better.

Assistance was offered on entering store. Staff were happy for us to browse on our own until we requested assistance. Alex was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

Our Dreams consultant, Lesley, was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about what type of mattress and pillows I should buy. She gave me time to test each mattress and helped me make my final decision. She was not pushy or giving me the hard sell, but was very professional and knew her products inside out. She explained the pros and cons for each mattress and left me to decide which one suited me best. Coffee was provided while Lesley placed the order......a lovely touch. Ordering took some time,but Lesley knew what to do and completed all the pages on the computer efficiently and effectively, explaining everything as she went along. Fortunately for us, the mattress is in stock and should be delivered next week; unfortunately, due to Covid19, the old mattress cannot be taken away so we will have to arrange this ourselves. A very positive experience

Lesley took me through every detail on the bed. All different matresses were tried and explained what works best with the frame I wanted. Nothing was to much trouble for her. Well done Lesley (Uddingston)

I was served by Lesley who greeted me as soon as I entered. She was super friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable and to be honest it was her that made me purchase. I only came into the store to look. She is a credit to the company with her knowledge and her kindness. .

As soon as we entered the store the assistant greeted us with a friendly and polite manner and trying different pillows out with us and explaining in great detail how to use a pillow the proper way
