Really just a very satisfying experience from start to finish. Member of staff Dionne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and this made for a very pleasant experience overall.

Had done research on line while shop closed. Saleswoman was knowledgeable and helpful during my experience. Felt safe and comfortable throughout my visit too showroom.

Kathleen had good product knowledge and provided great assistance during our visit to Dreams.

Really friendly and caring staff

I was very happy with the service I received from Dionne who served me. She was very pleasant, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even offered us a drink (non alcoholic of course) while we were there which I thought was very nice as u don’t get that in other shops. Hand sanitiser was on display and 2 metre distancing was adhered to.

Kate was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect mattress!
