Staff were all extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We were approached quickly within entering the store and assisted all the way through our buying process. All options were explained to us thoroughly by the staff member Alex at the Uddingston store.

The whole experience taking our individual needs and preferences was very impressive and gave us both confidence in the informed choice we made.

Sales agent was fantastic

Everyone and everything was extremely satisfactory only thing I have a slight problem with is I have had two hip replacements and can only get into bed one way and mattress moves on my metal frame bed. It seems to be about 3 inches shorter in width than the frame.

Alex was knowledgeable, helpful and very patient giving us as much time as we needed to decide what mattress we required

The sales agent was very helpful and knowledgable, and she even gave us a range of options for delivery, as we did not require the item immediately.
