Assistant really helpful and nice.

We knew what we were going to purchase, spoke to the assistant and headed straight to the product, confirmed we wanted to purchase and it went so smooth right to leaving the store.

The gentleman that helped myself and my daughter and granddaughter who is in a wheelchair was really nice to us all and very helpful and gave us good advice cause we were getting a bed and mattress for my granddaughter

The assistant Dionne. Came to meet us at the door and took us through the process of choosing our bed and mattress in a very friendly, courteous manner then allowed us time to make decisions on our own without any pressure .

Salesperson (Alex) very friendly and knowledgeable took time to understand what we were looking for before showing us a few suitable mattresses to compare and find a suitable one. Did don’t feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything

Dionne at store in Uddingston was so helpful and showed us how bed frame operated - very satisfied with ottoman bed frame and colour choice

The assistant was very knowledgeable about the products, she listened to our needs and pointed out the best products for our needs

Friendly and pleasant staff who were not pushy but were on hand to offer assistance and advice quickly when required. Shop was well laid out and had sufficient social distancing guidelines in place with sanitising stations handily placed on entry. Ordering was quick and straight forward with delivery dates mutually agreed.
