Dreams - Uddingston

We went to the London Road branch and served by a lady called Dionne who was most helpful. She gave us all the info we needed and left us to freely look around the store. She knew about the products and processed our sale nice and quickly ! We also were given free pillows and offered some water too.

Store was quiet and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

We weren't jumped on by a sales rep as soon as we walked in, we were given time to shop around and look at beds. After a walk around a sales rep then approached us after some eye contact and we went through some questions on certain beds and mattresses, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were very happy with the help we received and bought a bed, headboard and mattress for our son. The customer service was excellent, we were given some free pillows and half-price mattress protector. Want to thank Sales rep, Alex, from the Uddingston branch for all his help.

My mother has Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia and extensive Arthritis and Lesley the Sales person was very patient with her and took the time to understand what her requirements were

I came in looking for a bed and left with one on order! It was smooth from start to finish - and I was pleasantly surprised with the 3 week wait for delivery.

The assistant took the time to find out what my needs and requirements were in my new bed. She was very helpful and informative and even got me a bottle of water when I started to feel a bit light headed

Very good knowledge of product. Lovely lady called Lesley assisted me to chose my bed. Friendly but very good at her job.

Lesley took time to find out what my needs were and the budget I was working with. She listened to what I needed and directed me straight to my options. She also gave me breathing space to try things out and was receptive to when I needed to ask more questions. I didn’t feel the service was over bearing or non existent as I have felt in other bed stores. Lesley was very knowledgable and very friendly. She is a credit to your store!
